# Certified Ticket Management

This page explains how the Get Mini application handles certified transaction tickets (Boletas) and how your application can access and display them.

## The Certified Ticket (Boleta)

Compliance with card brand regulations requires that the ticket generated for a transaction be **certified and validated** by Getnet. To ensure this integrity, the Get Mini application generates the final certified ticket PDF itself.

The certified ticket PDF provided by the Get Mini app is the official certified document. You must not attempt to modify its content, as doing so may violate compliance requirements.

## Retrieving the Certified Ticket

The path or URI to the generated PDF is returned in the response Intent after a successful transaction. The method for accessing this file depends on the Android version of the device. On Android Q (API 29) and newer, the URI is provided via `intent.getData()` and files are stored in the device's public "Documents" directory. On older devices, the file path is provided in the `TICKET_IMAGE` extra as a String pointing to internal memory.

## Displaying and Sharing

Once you have the ticket URI or file path, you can use a standard Android Intent to open the PDF in the user's preferred viewer app. The user can then view, print, or share the ticket via email or messaging apps. You can also provide a share option directly in your app to let users send the ticket through various channels.

Always check the Android version to determine the correct method for accessing the ticket. Use `FLAG_GRANT_READ_URI_PERMISSION` when opening or sharing tickets on Android Q and above.

## Certified Ticket Availability

Certified tickets are generated for all successful transactions, including payments, refunds, and queries. The ticket URI or path is included in the response Intent when the result code is `RESULT_OK`. If a transaction fails, no ticket will be generated.
