Minimum specifications required for Getnet Payment App and Connector App compatibility:

| OS Version | Android 7.0 (Nougat) or higher |
| Firmware | Version `1.9.8-rc` or higher for full functionality |
| Memory | Minimum 1GB RAM (2GB recommended) |
| Input Technology | NFC (Contactless), EMV (Chip), and Magnetic Stripe support |
